Questions Worth Asking

How coaching works, what to expect, and how to get started

Coaching is a structured, confidential partnership focused on how you think, decide, and lead. It works through conversation, reflection, and intentional challenge. The goal is clarity, better decisions, and stronger leadership presence. Sessions are forward-looking. We work with where you are now and where you want to be, using your experience, judgment, and insight as the foundation.

Therapy explores the past to understand and heal.

Coaching works with the present to move forward. We focus on leadership challenges, decisions, and goals.

If something arises in our work that would benefit from therapeutic support, I will say so directly.

A consultant diagnoses your situation and prescribes a solution.

A mentor shares their experience and advises based on what worked for them.

Coaching works differently. I help you examine your own thinking, test your assumptions, and arrive at decisions that are genuinely yours.

You leave with clarity you own, not borrowed certainty.

I work with founders, C-suite executives, senior directors, and high-level professionals who carry significant responsibility.

My clients are already capable and experienced. They come to coaching because they recognize that leading at a high level requires a space to think clearly, without performance or politics.

Each session runs for about 45-60 minutes.

We work with whatever is most pressing for you, whether that’s a decision you’re weighing, a relationship that’s strained, a pattern you want to shift, or a direction you’re trying to clarify.

I ask questions that challenge your thinking and help you see what you might be too close to see yourself.

You do the thinking. I hold the space and the structure.

I will not tell you what to do. I will not set the agenda for your coaching.

I will not judge your choices, preferences, or decisions. I will not come to your rescue or give you advice.

I believe you are whole, capable, and resourceful, and that the answers are already within your reach.

My role is to help you access them with more clarity and confidence than you would alone.

Most clients work with me over three to six months. Some extend beyond that for deeper work or ongoing support during transitions.

The pace depends on what you need and what we uncover together.

We discuss this during the discovery session so expectations are clear from the start.

Completely.

What you share in our sessions stays between us. This applies whether coaching is self-funded or sponsored by your organization.

I do not share session content, progress notes, or personal disclosures with anyone without your explicit consent.

I am bound by the ICF Code of Ethics to maintain the strictest level of confidentiality. The only exceptions are a legal requirement, a valid court order, or an imminent risk of harm.

I hold an ICF (International Coaching Federation) credential, which represents the highest global standard for professional coaching.

I trained with Erickson Coaching International and hold an MBA in Strategic Management.

I have over 300 hours of coaching experience across corporate, entrepreneurial, and academic contexts.

Yes.

I work with clients across time zones. Sessions are conducted over Zoom.

Virtual sessions are just as effective. I have seen no difference in depth or outcomes between in-person and online coaching.

I offer two formats.

The Executive Edge is a one-on-one coaching partnership for senior leaders who want dedicated, private space to work through leadership challenges.

The Leaders Collective is a small group coaching format for executives who benefit from shared perspective alongside peers who understand the weight they carry. We can discuss which format fits best during a discovery session.

If you’re carrying decisions alone, second-guessing yourself more than usual, or feeling the gap between how you’re leading and how you want to lead, coaching can help.

The discovery session is designed to explore whether this partnership makes sense for both of us.
