At Coaching By Michelle(coach.co.ke), we are committed to providing high-quality coaching services and digital products. Due to the nature of our services and products, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds. Please review this policy carefully before booking any services or purchasing products.
1. Coaching Services
All coaching service fees are non-refundable once a booking is confirmed and payment is processed. This includes single sessions and multi-session packages.
Multi-Session Packages: All coaching packages are billed and paid for in full upfront. If you choose to discontinue services before utilizing all booked sessions, no refunds will be issued for unused sessions. Package fees are non-refundable regardless of session completion status.
Client Responsibility: It is the client’s responsibility to attend all scheduled sessions on time. Coaching sessions are customized and prepared specifically for each client.
Rescheduling Policy: Clients may reschedule a coaching session with at least 48 hours’ notice. The coach will make reasonable efforts to accommodate alternative dates based on availability.
Late Cancellation and No-Show Policy: If a client cancels a session with less than 48 hours’ notice or fails to attend a scheduled session, the session is forfeited, and the session fee will not be refunded. Missed sessions without appropriate notice are considered completed and non-recoverable.
2. Digital Products
All purchases of digital products, including downloadable guides, courses, worksheets, and e-books, are non-refundable. Due to the immediate and irrevocable access provided to digital products upon purchase, we do not offer refunds or exchanges.
Support for Digital Products: If you require assistance understanding or implementing the content of any digital product, you may book a coaching session with the coach to review the material. This will be scheduled as a separate paid session at the coach’s discretion and availability.
Access and Download Issues: If you experience technical issues accessing or downloading a purchased digital product, please contact us at admin@coach.co.ke within 7 days of purchase. We will work to resolve any technical issues promptly.
3. Group Coaching and Workshop Fees
All group coaching programs and workshop fees are non-refundable once enrollment is confirmed and payment is processed. Our group coaching and workshop sessions require advance planning and commitment from all participants. Cancellations are not accepted, and fees cannot be transferred to other services.
4. Coach Unavailability
In the event that the coach is unable to deliver scheduled sessions due to unforeseen circumstances, make-up sessions will be offered at a time convenient to the client. No refunds will be issued; however, all paid sessions will be honored and rescheduled based on mutual availability.
5. Chargebacks and Disputes
We are dedicated to providing support to resolve any issues regarding your purchase. If you have concerns about a transaction, please contact us directly at admin@coach.co.ke within 7 days of the disputed transaction before initiating a chargeback or dispute with your financial institution. Chargebacks and disputes found to be unjustified may be subject to legal follow-up.
6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This policy and all transactions conducted through coach.co.ke are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes arising from or related to this policy or services purchased through coach.co.ke will be resolved exclusively within Kenyan jurisdiction.
7. Policy Modifications
coach.co.ke reserves the right to update or modify this Refund and Returns Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with the “Last Updated” date. It is your responsibility to review this policy periodically. Your continued use of coach.co.ke following any changes indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
